Session Key

To all users:

Support representative required your permission to start the remote session.
You are required to click Yes and Run Bomgar plugin to start the session.
Ensure All confidential documents are CLOSED before allowing support representative to start the remote screen.
Saved and closed any documents before the session to avoid data loss.
DO NOT open or access any system, document or folder unless related to the issues reported.
CITS will ensure CONFIDENTIALITY and NOT to disclose to anyone any information viewed or accessed during remote session.
Support representative will inform you the details or summary of completion of troubleshooting or installation process.
You can terminate the session anytime during the remote session if you think the session is NOT secured or violating your data CONFIDENTIALITY.
